Air Conditioning System Inspections are legally required for all systems with effective rated output greater than 250kW. Smaller effective rated systems, those greater than 12kW need to be inspected before 4th January 2011.
These so called 'Article 9' Air Conditioning Inspections are designed to highlight improvements to existing systems and opportunities to replace older, less energy efficient or oversized systems.
