An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is now legally required for all commercial property for sale or to let. It tells potential buyers and tenants about the energy performance of a building so that they can consider energy efficiency as part of their investment or business decision to buy or occupy that property.
All EPCs also have a recommendation report which includes advice and suggestions on improvements to save energy and costs.
