The successful person will need the following qualifications and experience:
- be a Qualified Mechanical or Electrical Engineer, or equivalent
- have experience of BREEAM or international equivalents such as HQE, LEED or other environmental assessment tools
- have a strong knowledge of the lifecycles of projects
- hold a passionate interest in sustainability and environmental issues
- be able to demonstrate technical excellence in sustainable engineering
- 10 years relevant experience
- be highly motivated, commercial, good communicator
